Request additional RAP or TAP Rides
- On this site, you may request an increase to your monthly allotment of Rideshare Access Program (RAP) or Taxi Access Program (TAP) rides. Currently, all RAP or TAP participants are allotted 30 rides per month. This request, if approved, will allow for an increase of 10 rides totaling 40 rides per month.
- Before beginning this request, you must already be certified to use ADA Paratransit service and be enrolled in RAP or TAP with Pace. If you are not currently an ADA paratransit customer or enrolled in RAP or TAP, you will need to complete those registration processes before moving forward on this site.
